Great entertainment, hand bells under the direction of music minister, Richard Wagoner, delicious food, wonderful words of God delivered by David Potter, beautiful Christmas Carol's, awesome time of fellowship and closing prayer by Pastor Bill Burkhalter.

Do you like the whoopie pies that we sell at our pumpkin patch? Here is the recipe we use: Pumpkin Whoopie Pies 2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp ground cloves 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp cinnamon 2 egg yolks 1 tsp ground ginger 2 cups pumpkin 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda Cream sugar and oil. Add egg yolks, vanilla and pumpkin. Gradually add sifted together dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes (they should be a little soft). Transfer to surface lined with foil or wax paper. While cookies are cooling make the filling. Filling: 2 egg whites 2 Tbsp milk 2 tsp vanilla 1 ½ cup vegetable shortening 4 Tbsp flour 1 lb. box powdered sugar Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well then add shortening and sugar.

Our amazing and skilled bus driver, Travis, our pastor to the seniors, Richard Wagoner and the professional trip coordinator, Vivian Rubio Oviedo. Here are some highlights!
